The Bible reading
Psalm 116
The study focused on Psalm 116, a psalm of thanksgiving for deliverance from death. The net control, WB7MX, introduced the passage by connecting it to the story of the ten lepers in Luke 17, emphasizing that gratitude is the mark of a humble heart that recognizes its debt to God. The psalmist describes being on the brink of death and crying out to the Lord, who delivered him, leading to a vow to serve God and give glory to Him.
Insights
- Gratitude is not just an emotion but a response that leads to serving God and glorifying Him more deeply.
- The connection between Psalm 116 and the Last Supper highlights the messianic implications of the psalm, where Jesus may have echoed these themes before instituting the new covenant.
- The concept of 'precious in the sight of the Lord' provides comfort to believers, assuring them that their lives and deaths are not overlooked by God.
- Vows, though voluntary, carry a serious obligation; honoring them reflects integrity and faithfulness to God.
- The 'sacrifice of thanksgiving' is a spiritual act of worship available to all believers, replacing the physical animal sacrifices of the Old Testament.
- Living with God-consciousness means evaluating one's words, actions, and thoughts in light of God's presence, which is the essence of godliness.
- The study emphasized that God's deliverance from sin and death is the ultimate reason for gratitude, leading to a life of surrender and service to Him.

3:08Are you working okay?

4:02I was wondering if you would be willing to open and prayer for us when the time comes.
4:06Over.
4:07Yeah, I sure will.
4:08It's about, uh, let's say it's about 27 degrees in the shack, 27, 28.
4:15But, uh, you bet.
4:19Well, that's plenty cold, Roger.
4:21I hope you have a hot drink of some kind and lots of, uh, of, of coats on.
4:26Uh, ha, ha, ha, that is cold.
4:29Wow.
4:30I'm glad all the electronics are working well.
4:33And, uh, Roger, good voice.
4:34So, uh, yeah, I'll call on you in just a minute to open in prayer.
4:38All right, any other check-ins this morning?
4:40Please come now.
4:42Kilo, Kilo, seven.
4:43Oh, Quebec, Quebec.
4:45Good morning.
4:48Hey, good morning, Pat.
4:49Good to hear your voice.
4:50How you doing, brother?
4:52Well, it's a good day.
4:53I woke up about four this morning.
4:55I've been getting to bed early.
4:57So, uh, yeah, I, uh, got somebody on Channel 17, a trucker on the TV this morning.
5:03And then I got somebody, uh, in, uh, Portland on my, uh, VHF.
5:09And, and now I'm here.
5:10So, yeah, I'm just starting out the morning right with, uh, prayer, coffee, and a ham radio.
5:21Real good, uh, Ted.
5:22Appreciate you being here.
5:24And, yeah, sounds like you've been hopping the band.
5:26Yeah.
5:27C-B-V-H-F and now H-F.
5:29Good for you, brother.
5:30Um, all right.
5:31We are in Psalm 116, Ted.
5:33So you can turn to that.
5:34Uh, we'll be reading that shortly.
5:36Uh, but I appreciate you being here.
5:38All right.
5:38Any other check-ins to West Coast Bible Study?
5:40Please come now.
5:52All right.
5:53Well, it is 6 o'clock.
5:54It's time for us to get started with the West Coast Bible Study.
5:56We're going to be looking at Psalm 116 today.
5:58That's 116.
6:00And, uh, before we get started with that, we want to open in prayer.
6:03And so, Roger, WB7VZL, if you would open in prayer for us today, sure appreciate that.
6:08Go ahead there, Roger.
6:10This is WB7VZL.
6:12And, yes, I have removed my hat for prayer in my chat here that's, uh, kind of, uh, kind of cold.
6:22Thank you so much, Lord, for gathering us and for warming us and the miracle of being able to sleep in a warm setting with a wood heat.
6:33And thank you, Lord, for the privilege of praising you today.
6:37And we're praising you together, which is such a privilege around your holy word.
6:44We pray for Max as he, uh, breaks, uh, the, the bread, so to speak, of life.
6:50And, uh, coordinates and facilitates our sharing together in Jesus' name.
6:56Amen.
7:00Amen.
7:00Thank you so much for that, Roger.
7:02All right, before we read our psalm together, I want to give a little introduction to it.
7:07Um, you recall the story in Luke chapter 17, uh, which was the story of Jesus healing the ten lepers.
7:14And you recall that only one of them came back and offered thanks to him.
7:19Uh, and his question is, where are the other nine?
7:23And Jesus was offended, uh, after unthankfulness.
7:28And the point is simply this, when God answers our prayers, we need to take special note of it,
7:34and we need to return thanks to God for it, and we need to serve him better because of it.
7:40Uh, gratitude is the mark of a humble heart that recognizes that it did not deserve the blessing it received,
7:48and recognizes the debt it owes to the giver for the blessing provided.
7:52Um, and so that's what our psalmist is doing today in Psalm 116.
7:58Uh, he was on the brink of death, perhaps from an illness, perhaps from some adverse circumstance,
8:05uh, perhaps because of an enemy who had gotten an advantage of him.
8:09But whatever the case, the psalmist was staring death in the face
8:13and felt himself on the very brink of losing his life.
8:17But in his distress, he cried out to the Lord in prayer.
8:21And he tells us that the Lord worked in a powerful way to deliver him from imminent death.
8:28And so he was deeply impressed with what God had done for him,
8:31and he was profoundly thankful for it.
8:34And in light of God's goodness to him, he makes a special point of returning thanks to God.
8:40And so out of gratitude, uh, for what God has done for him,
8:46he declares he's going to serve God and give glory to God
8:49in a greater fashion than he had ever done before.
8:53And so this is what we need to do as well.
8:57Christians, above all people, should be a thankful people.
9:00Because God has done so much for us, and God has been so good to us,
9:05that there's an unlimited amount of things for which we can give thanks.
9:10And so we read passages like 1 Thessalonians 5.18,
9:14In everything give thanks, for this is the will of God and Christ Jesus concerning you.
9:18And there are a lot of passages in the scripture that exhort us to be a thankful people.
9:25So, our passage, uh, this morning in Psalm 116 is an example of one of God's people
9:32giving thanks to God for answer to prayer that God has provided him with.
9:37So, uh, we want to learn from this example and follow this example
9:41and be thankful to God for all the blessings he has brought to us.
9:46All right, uh, what we're going to do now is have Joe KI6WXP read for us Psalm 116.
9:53Uh, Joe, go ahead and read for us, please.
9:57Good morning, everybody. This is Joe KI6WXP.
10:01I'm reading now the King James Version.
10:04This is Psalm 116.
10:06I love the Lord, because he hath heard my voice and my supplications.
10:12Because he hath inclined his ear unto me,
10:16therefore will I call upon him as long as I live.
10:19The sorrows of death come past me,
10:22and the pains of hell get hold upon me.
10:26I found trouble and sorrow.
10:28Then I call upon the name of the Lord.
10:32O Lord, I beseech thee, deliver my soul.
10:36Gracious is the Lord in righteousness.
10:39Yeah, our Lord is merciful.
10:42The Lord preserveth the simple.
10:44I was brought low, and he helped me.
10:48Return unto thy rest, O my soul.
10:52For the Lord hath dealt bountiful with thee.
10:55For thou hast delivered my soul from death,
10:59mine eyes from tears, and my feet from falling.
11:03I will walk before the Lord in the land of the living.
11:07I believe, therefore, I have spoken.
11:10I was greatly afflicted.
11:11I said in my haste,
11:15All men are liars.
11:17What shall I render unto the Lord for all his benefits toward me?
11:24I will take the cup of salvation
11:26and call upon the name of the Lord.
11:31Verse 14.
11:32I will pay my vows unto the Lord now
11:35in the presence of all his people.
11:37Precious in the sight of the Lord is the death of the saints.
11:42O Lord, truly I am thy servant.
11:45I am thy servant, and the son of thine hand made.
11:50Thou hast loosed my bonds.
11:53I will offer to thee the sacrifice of the saints' giving,
11:59and will call upon the name of the Lord.
12:02I will pay my vows unto the Lord now in the presence of all his people.
12:08In the courts of the Lord's house,
12:10in the midst of thee,
12:12O Jerusalem,
12:14praise ye the Lord.
12:15Joe, thanks for that great reading.
12:22Really appreciate that a lot.
12:24All right.
12:25Any comments on our scripture passage,
12:27please come down with your call, sir.
12:30KB7 ZXN.
12:33KB7 ZXN.
12:35Please go ahead.
12:38KB7 ZXN.
12:39Well, thank you for the reading of that
12:40and the introduction to Max there.
12:42This is really a much more substantial psalm
12:48than I recalled initially.
12:51Mark pointed out yesterday, I think,
12:54that there's a series of psalms here
12:56from 113, 114,
12:59and yesterday and through this one
13:02that were connected to Passover
13:05and, of course, sang.
13:07By tradition, we're sang at Passover.
13:10And this particular psalm itself
13:12is a very, as we see here,
13:14a very personal psalm.
13:17And one of, as you point out,
13:21of giving thanks for deliverance
13:23for, you know,
13:25one that's unable to deliver themselves.
13:28That kind of depicted in Deuteronomy 34.6 there.
13:33But more than that,
13:36this could have very well been
13:38the psalm as the disciples sang in the upper room.
13:42And the Lord could have just finished singing this song
13:45before he lifted up the cup
13:48and declared the new covenant.
13:52And as we see here,
13:55a very personal crowd for,
13:58wow, the wonderful question,
14:01how can I ever give thanks enough
14:03for the deliverance that God provided?
14:07And then we see in verse 13
14:09where the cup of salvation is lifted up.
14:12And I can just picture our Lord and Savior
14:17after singing this hymn with his disciples,
14:20lifting up that cup
14:23and declaring the new covenant.
14:28This is my blood.
14:30And then, too, as we go on,
14:32we see that the psalm
14:34not only depicts the deliverance,
14:37but also the breaking of the bondage.
14:42You know, he goes on in the last section of this
14:45to talk about the bondage,
14:46the freedom that this deliverance has provided.
14:50And those bonds are broken.
14:51Of course, we know those bonds are sin
14:53and the eternal presence of God.
14:57But the question,
14:58how could we,
14:59what is the proper response
15:01for such a great deliverance?
15:04How, what is the proper way
15:07that we should express our gratitude,
15:09our thanks,
15:10for the great deliverance
15:13that God has provided us?
15:16And that's really what this is dealing with here.
15:18And the question for us is still the same.
15:21What a great deliverance we have
15:23through our Lord and Savior.
15:25And, of course,
15:26we still celebrate the Lord's Supper
15:28in memorial of Him.
15:31I wish this psalm,
15:34this hymn parallels as well.
15:37KB 7, does that accept?
15:42Yeah, Kevin, thank you.
15:44Excellent thoughts.
15:45Excellent thoughts.
15:47You know, I really appreciate you
15:48pointing out the connection
15:50between verse 12 and verse 16.
15:54You know, verse 12,
15:55What shall I render unto the Lord
15:58for all His benefits toward me?
16:00Verse 16,
16:02O Lord, I am thy servant,
16:03I am thy servant,
16:05the son of thy handmaid,
16:06for thou hast loosed my bond.
16:09I will offer to thee
16:10the sacrifice of thanksgiving.
16:12I will call upon the name of the Lord.
16:15And, you know,
16:15it's really important for us
16:17to express that gratitude
16:19that God has shown to us.
16:21And, yes,
16:22thank you also for pointing out
16:24the messianic implications
16:25of the psalm.
16:26There's a great deal here
16:28that I'm sure Jesus
16:29was echoing in His own heart
16:32as He was there
16:33approaching the cross
16:36that was just imminent
16:38before Him
16:39and thinking about
16:41how that God had delivered David
16:43and that God was going to deliver him
16:46as well in the end
16:47through His suffering
16:48in answer to His suffering.
16:50So, Kevin,
16:51good comments.
16:52Thank you for that.
16:54All right.
16:54Any other comments
16:55in our passage?
16:55Please come up.
16:57KK702.
17:01Go ahead there, Ted.
17:03Good to hear your voice.
17:04Carry on.
17:05Oh, yeah.
17:06Yeah.
17:07I have a gratitude
17:10for all the Lord has done.
17:14and, you know,
17:16bad things happen
17:18in the world
17:19and people wonder
17:21why bad things
17:23and evil comes upon
17:24good people
17:26yet nobody is immune
17:30to certain things
17:32like, you know,
17:33plane crashes, you know,
17:35and people want to just
17:37don't know that.
17:40Well, it just, you know,
17:42God didn't make airplanes.
17:45Man did.
17:47And things that fail
17:50and go wrong
17:51and they're in the air,
17:53there's the law of gravity
17:55and, you know,
17:57we try to defy those laws
18:00and put things up in the air
18:01and sometimes what goes up
18:04must come down
18:05yet God allows these things.
18:07You know, there's sickness
18:10and disease
18:11and all kinds of different
18:13terrible injustices
18:15that I don't believe
18:17it is the Lord.
18:20It's a lot of times
18:21it's man
18:23and his sinful pride
18:26and arrogance
18:28that creates a lot of these problems.
18:31He also, praise God, you know,
18:37even His Son
18:38who was holy and righteous
18:39and God in the flesh,
18:44He went to the cross
18:47and suffered a terrible injustice
18:51and death
18:52for our salvation
18:56and for the salvation of the world.
18:58So, praise be to God
19:00for all He's done.
19:03KK7, OKQ.
19:07Yeah, thanks for those comments, Ted.
19:09Well said.
19:10You know, there's a lot of things
19:12that happen in this world
19:13that are adverse to us
19:16and, you know, part of that
19:18is because we live in a fallen world,
19:21we are fallen people
19:22and these things are all the effects
19:25of sin in general,
19:27living in a sinful world
19:29and then, of course,
19:31we're sinful people
19:32and so we would expect
19:34that there would be
19:35certain adversities
19:36that would happen to us
19:38and so what do we do
19:40with all of this?
19:41Well, we have to recognize
19:43that God's not just sitting back
19:45and observing.
19:46He sent His Son
19:47to die on the cross
19:49and experience the effects
19:51of this fallen world as well
19:53and to experience the effects
19:55of our sins also.
19:58And so, God suffers alongside of us.
20:02He suffers for us
20:03and He suffers so as to deliver us
20:06from our suffering.
20:08And we know that one day in heaven
20:10there will be no more sorrow
20:12or pain or death or crying
20:16for all those things
20:17will pass away.
20:19And so, you know,
20:20whatever tragedies
20:22and accidents
20:23and catastrophes
20:24happen on this earth,
20:26you know,
20:26what we do know
20:27is that two things.
20:29Number one,
20:29they're the result of sin
20:30and number two,
20:32God has sent His Son
20:33to deliver us
20:33from that sin
20:34and to deliver us
20:36from those circumstances.
20:38And so,
20:39we look past our tears
20:40and our sorrow
20:41at the tragedies
20:42that have happened to us
20:44and we say,
20:45you know,
20:45Jesus came
20:46and He bore those tragedies
20:49in His own person,
20:51in His own life
20:52and one day
20:53we will be free
20:55from them all
20:56because of Him.
20:58And so,
20:59God is not indifferent
21:00to our suffering.
21:01He provides us
21:02not only with an explanation
21:04as to why they happened,
21:05but also with a remedy
21:06to deliver us from them
21:08through the saving
21:09substitutionary work
21:11of Jesus Christ.
21:13and so,
21:14what we can be thankful for
21:16is that our tragedies
21:17are as limited
21:18as they are.
21:20They could be far worse
21:21and we can be thankful
21:23that God is going
21:24to deliver us
21:25from them
21:26through the saving work
21:27of His Son.
21:29Ted,
21:29great comments there.
21:31Thank you for that.
21:32All right,
21:32any other comments
21:33on our passage?
21:34Please come now.
21:36WB7VZL.
21:39Roger,
21:40WB7VZL.
21:41Please go ahead.
21:43Well,
21:43I'm coupling
21:44a number of,
21:46well,
21:46a couple of passages here
21:47when I think of that
21:49very famous
21:51Precious in the sight
21:53of the Lord,
21:54verse 15.
21:56Precious in the sight
21:57of the Lord
21:58is the death
22:00of His saints.
22:02This Sabbath
22:03I'm going to be playing
22:04No one ever cared
22:07like Jesus.
22:09No one ever cared.
22:10And then the other one
22:11I'm playing is
22:12Does Jesus Care?
22:14And I love that promise.
22:17Precious in the sight
22:18of the Lord
22:18is the death
22:19of His saints
22:20in our passage today.
22:22And then also,
22:23I'm coupling it
22:24with Paul
22:25as he grapples
22:26with thanksgiving.
22:29And like you were
22:30talking about,
22:31Max and Ted
22:33as well.
22:34For to this end,
22:35this is Romans 14,
22:37verse 9,
22:39summing up,
22:39that whether we live
22:42or die,
22:43we die unto the Lord.
22:44Whether we live,
22:45therefore,
22:46or die,
22:47we are the Lord.
22:48Verse 8,
22:49and then 14,
22:519,
22:52For to this end,
22:53Christ both died
22:55and rose
22:55and revived
22:57that He might be
22:59the Lord
22:59both of the dead
23:01and the living.
23:03I really love
23:04that coupled with
23:06our passage
23:07in verse 15 today.
23:09Yeah, well said, Roger.
23:15Thank you for that.
23:16And yes,
23:17this passage
23:18has been used a lot
23:20by pastors at funerals
23:22as well as the ones
23:23that you mentioned.
23:25And that song,
23:26what a wonderful song,
23:27No One Cares for Me
23:28Like Jesus.
23:29He's the friend
23:30beyond all compare.
23:32Well,
23:32verse 15 makes it
23:34really clear
23:34that God
23:35highly values
23:36His saints.
23:39And each of their
23:39lives
23:40are precious
23:41to Him.
23:42And not one person,
23:43not one saint
23:44dies through
23:45carelessness
23:46or neglect
23:47or indifference
23:48on the part
23:49of God.
23:50And when
23:51a believer
23:52dies,
23:53it's no like
23:53matter to God.
23:56He highly
23:57esteems his saints
23:58and their death
23:59is a weighty matter
24:00with Him.
24:01And he takes
24:01great note of it
24:03and ensures
24:04that not one death
24:05is forgotten
24:06forgotten
24:06or neglected
24:07by Him.
24:09And so when
24:09a believer dies,
24:11God personally
24:12attends upon
24:13their souls.
24:15They are personally
24:16met by Christ
24:17and carried
24:17by Christ
24:18into heaven
24:19and into the
24:20presence of the
24:20Father
24:21to be presented
24:22faultless
24:23before Him.
24:25So God values
24:26the life of His saints.
24:27And for that reason,
24:28He often spares
24:29their lives
24:30as He did
24:31the psalms.
24:33So we don't need
24:33to fear
24:34a premature death.
24:35God will spare
24:36our lives
24:37until our work
24:38is done.
24:39And then He will
24:39personally come
24:40and personally
24:41take us
24:41to be with Himself
24:42and we will be
24:44presented by Christ
24:45all before His
24:46Father.
24:47So our deaths
24:49are not
24:49something
24:50that are
24:51a matter
24:52of indifference
24:53to God.
24:54They are front
24:54and center
24:55as the reason
24:56why Christ died
24:58and the redemption
24:59that He's going
25:00to apply
25:00to our lives.
25:02All right,
25:02Roger,
25:03great comment.
25:03Thank you for that.
25:04All right,
25:05WB7MX here
25:06looking for comments.
25:07Please come out.
25:21All right,
25:21the net would like
25:22to acknowledge
25:22Peter KJ7BA.
25:24Good morning,
25:24Peter.
25:25Good to have you
25:25with us.
25:26Thanks for being
25:26there on the
25:27KJSDR.
25:28That's Peter,
25:29KJ7BA.
25:30All right,
25:31any other comments
25:31on our passage?
25:32Please come out.
25:33Thank you.
25:57WB7MX at Elf.
26:14Roger,
26:15please go ahead.
26:18I'm thinking
26:19of verse 14
26:20of just the verse
26:23before.
26:24I will say my vows
26:27before the Lord
26:29in the presence
26:30of all His people.
26:33And maybe you could
26:34open up your thoughts
26:36about that.
26:37But I have heard
26:39a sermon
26:40that the greatest
26:45expression of worship
26:48worship.
26:49And the Older Testament
26:50is that there
26:53is an offering.
26:55You don't worship
26:56without an offering.
26:58So I think there's
26:59a tie-in here.
27:01My vows
27:02certainly were committed
27:04to, you know,
27:05the 10%
27:06of our income.
27:09that is
27:12kind of a given.
27:14But the offerings
27:16are
27:16in a
27:17thanksgiving.
27:19So you might
27:21comment about
27:22your feelings
27:23about this.
27:24I will pay
27:25my vows.
27:27WB7MX at Elf.
27:32Yeah, Roger.
27:33Thank you for that.
27:34Yeah,
27:35verse 14 says,
27:36I will pay my vows
27:38unto the Lord
27:38now in the presence
27:40of all of His people.
27:42Now,
27:43here in verse 14
27:44and also in verse 18,
27:46in identical words,
27:48he declares
27:49he's going to pay
27:50his vows
27:51to the Lord.
27:54Vows were never
27:55commanded
27:56under the Old Covenant.
27:58Vows were always
27:59strictly voluntary.
28:02But if one
28:02did make a vow
28:03to the Lord,
28:04then he would do
28:05some specific thing
28:06if the Lord
28:08would answer
28:08his prayer
28:09and the prayer
28:10was answered,
28:11then the vow
28:12must be paid
28:13and it must
28:14be strictly kept.
28:16And we can read
28:18about this
28:18in Ecclesiastes 5,
28:20verses 1 to 7.
28:22It makes this
28:23very clear.
28:24It says,
28:25you know,
28:25if you vow
28:26a vow
28:27to the Lord,
28:28do not defer
28:29to pay it.
28:30God has no
28:31pleasure in fools.
28:33And so,
28:33God won't be
28:34played the fool.
28:35And if you say,
28:36Lord,
28:36if you answer
28:37this prayer,
28:38I'll do X,
28:38Y,
28:39Z,
28:39and he answers it,
28:40then you better
28:41do X,
28:42Y,
28:42Z.
28:43You weren't
28:43required to
28:44make that vow,
28:45but if you did
28:45make it,
28:46God holds you
28:46to it.
28:47And so,
28:48the psalmist
28:49had made promises
28:50to God
28:50of the gratitude
28:52that he would
28:53show if God
28:54delivered him,
28:55and God did
28:56deliver him,
28:57and therefore,
28:57he declared he
28:58was going to
28:59fulfill his debt
29:00of obligation
29:01to the Lord.
29:03So,
29:03we don't know
29:03what he had vowed.
29:04It doesn't matter
29:05to us.
29:06What matters
29:06is that he honored
29:08God by honoring
29:09his commitment
29:10to God.
29:11So,
29:11a vow is just
29:12a voluntary
29:13obligation with
29:14which we bind
29:15ourselves
29:16if God
29:20would give
29:21to us
29:22the thing
29:23that we are
29:23asking of him.
29:25So,
29:25Roger,
29:26that's my best
29:27understanding
29:27of that passage.
29:28Back to you
29:28there,
29:29Roger.
29:31Yeah,
29:32I would just
29:32really appreciate
29:34your response
29:35on that.
29:37And,
29:37I guess my
29:38frequency is
29:39a little bit
29:39different.
29:40Am I close
29:41enough,
29:42or should I
29:42adjust it?
29:45You're good
29:46enough,
29:46Roger.
29:46It's close
29:47enough.
29:47Go ahead.
29:49Okay,
29:49I moved it
29:50just slightly
29:51here.
29:54Verse 5
29:55of Ecclesiastes 5.
29:57Thank you
29:58very much
29:58for that
29:59reference.
29:59I'm just
30:00noted here,
30:01better is it
30:03that thou
30:04shouldest
30:05not vow
30:06than that thou
30:07shouldest
30:08vow
30:09and not pay.
30:11that is
30:14quite a
30:15commitment,
30:16isn't it?
30:17So,
30:17these foxhole
30:19conversions,
30:20so to speak,
30:21you should
30:21probably
30:22be
30:23transparent
30:24with God
30:25or
30:26defer not
30:30to pay
30:31for it,
30:31verse 4,
30:32for he
30:33has no
30:33pleasure in
30:34fall.
30:34Yeah,
30:35as you
30:35mentioned,
30:35that's a
30:37powerful
30:37passage,
30:38WB7Vs et
30:39L.
30:41Yes,
30:42it is,
30:42Roger,
30:43and a vow
30:44is not
30:44something that
30:45we have
30:45to do.
30:46It's
30:46something we
30:47may choose
30:47to do
30:48or choose
30:48not to
30:49do,
30:49but if
30:50we choose
30:50to do
30:50it,
30:50we need
30:51to honor
30:51what we
30:51said we
30:52would do
30:52and not
30:54be deceitful
30:56about all
30:56that.
30:57All right,
30:57the net
30:57would like
30:58to acknowledge
30:58Tom
30:59WW7T.
31:02Tom is
31:02checking in
31:03by way of
31:05text message
31:05to me,
31:07and so
31:08anyway,
31:09he says
31:10his blood
31:10pressure is
31:11119 over
31:1243,
31:13and his
31:14chest hurts,
31:15but he
31:15says he
31:16can hear
31:16us on
31:17the radio.
31:18All right,
31:19Tom,
31:19WW7T,
31:21appreciate
31:22that prayer
31:22request,
31:23and I
31:23will be
31:24sure and
31:24get that
31:24at the
31:25end of
31:25the net.
31:27All right,
31:27that's Tom,
31:28WW7T.
31:29Any other
31:29comments on
31:30our passage,
31:31please come
31:32now with
31:32your call
31:32sign.
31:33Okay,
31:33the 7
31:34that accept.
31:35Kevin,
31:37TV 7
31:38ZXN,
31:38please go
31:39ahead.
31:40Yeah,
31:41it sounds
31:41like Tom's
31:41a,
31:42boy,
31:43the diastolic
31:44is pretty
31:44low there,
31:45spray,
31:45feels better
31:46there,
31:46gets it
31:47up.
31:48You know,
31:49this,
31:50appreciate
31:50your thoughts
31:53there too,
31:54Roger,
31:55on this.
31:57And keep
31:57in mind,
31:58you know,
31:58this is a
31:59Passover
32:00celebratory
32:01song and
32:02reflection
32:03song,
32:04and,
32:04you know,
32:05with the
32:06sacrifice of
32:07that,
32:07with the
32:08cup and
32:10the bread,
32:11you know,
32:11reflective of
32:13Leviticus
32:137,
32:1511 through
32:1615 there.
32:17but I
32:19think too,
32:20in the
32:21vow,
32:22to me,
32:23where my
32:23heart and
32:25mind goes,
32:27is that
32:27great
32:28deliverance,
32:28you know,
32:28he's talking
32:29about how,
32:30how,
32:30what is the
32:31proper response,
32:33very personal,
32:34what should be
32:35my response
32:36for this great
32:37deliverance,
32:38and not only
32:38great deliverance,
32:39as he goes on
32:40to talk about,
32:41but breaking
32:42the bonds of
32:43bondage,
32:44so not only
32:45a rescue from
32:46certain peril
32:48and death,
32:50but ongoing
32:51rescue from
32:52bondage,
32:54and we
32:56often focus
32:57on the
32:58salvation part
33:00of the work
33:00of Christ,
33:02of our Lord
33:02and Savior,
33:03which is
33:04where we
33:04should focus,
33:06but as a
33:06part of that
33:07response,
33:08and a part
33:09of that
33:09deliverance,
33:10is we
33:11also make
33:11him Lord
33:12of our
33:12life,
33:13and the
33:14vow I
33:14think that
33:15we all
33:15make as
33:16believers,
33:17is our
33:18surrender,
33:20our will
33:21to his
33:22will,
33:23you know,
33:24it's like
33:25he said in
33:26Luke 646,
33:28you know,
33:29why do you
33:29call me Lord,
33:30Lord,
33:30Lord,
33:31not do
33:31what I
33:31say,
33:32that would
33:33always hit
33:34me,
33:35you know,
33:35it,
33:35it,
33:36you can't
33:38get much
33:38more direct
33:39than that,
33:39so,
33:40yes,
33:41he is
33:42certainly
33:42our
33:42Savior,
33:43but as
33:44that part
33:44of our
33:45response is
33:45our surrender
33:46to him
33:47and his
33:48authority,
33:50and he
33:51is,
33:53as we
33:53talked about
33:54yesterday,
33:54glory to
33:55his name,
33:56he is the
33:57sovereign God,
33:59and,
33:59you know,
34:01asking us
34:02to be
34:03obedient,
34:04and,
34:05and,
34:05and,
34:05and,
34:06and,
34:06and,
34:06through
34:07the
34:08gratefulness
34:08of the
34:09salvation
34:10he's given
34:10us,
34:11it only
34:12blesses
34:12us,
34:14you know,
34:14he wants
34:15to bless
34:16his people,
34:17but how
34:18can he,
34:18if we
34:19don't
34:19surrender
34:20our will
34:20to his
34:21in the
34:22first place,
34:22so,
34:23it's,
34:23it's not
34:24a burden,
34:25it's an
34:25opportunity
34:26for us
34:27to really
34:28be blessed
34:29by surrendering
34:30our will
34:31to his
34:32will.
34:32KB 7,
34:33is that
34:33example.
34:37Kevin,
34:37really well
34:38said,
34:38yeah,
34:39thank you
34:39for,
34:40uh,
34:41pointing out
34:41that,
34:42uh,
34:43truth,
34:43uh,
34:44that's really
34:44echoed,
34:45uh,
34:45not only in
34:46our psalm,
34:47uh,
34:48that when
34:48God saves
34:49us,
34:49we yield
34:50our lives
34:51to him,
34:52but also
34:52in the New
34:53Testament,
34:53in Romans
34:5312,
34:54in verse
34:541,
34:55it says,
34:55I beseech
34:56you,
34:56therefore,
34:57brethren,
34:57by the
34:58mercies
34:58of God,
34:59that you
34:59present your
35:00bodies a
35:01living
35:01sacrifice,
35:03wholly
35:03acceptable
35:04unto God,
35:04which is
35:05your
35:05reasonable
35:06service.
35:07And that's
35:08exactly what
35:08the psalmist
35:09is doing
35:09here in
35:10Psalm,
35:10uh,
35:11116,
35:13and in
35:14verse 6,
35:16when he
35:16says,
35:17O Lord,
35:17truly I am
35:18thy servant,
35:18I am thy
35:19servant,
35:19and the
35:20son's
35:20thy handmaid,
35:21thou hast
35:22loosed
35:22my bond.
35:23And so,
35:24when God
35:25has released
35:25us from
35:26bondage
35:26to Satan,
35:27when he's
35:28released us
35:28from bondage
35:29to sin,
35:30when he's
35:31released us
35:32from the
35:32bondage
35:33of the
35:33fear of
35:33going to
35:34hell,
35:34what is
35:35our
35:36reasonable
35:36response?
35:38Well,
35:38it's to
35:39follow him,
35:40to love him,
35:42to serve him,
35:43to glorify him,
35:44and to build
35:45our whole lives
35:46around him.
35:48Uh,
35:48and so,
35:49we know in
35:49ordinary rescue
35:50situations,
35:52uh,
35:52when somebody
35:53is rescued
35:54by someone
35:55else,
35:56they have this
35:56tremendous debt
35:57of gratitude
35:58to the
35:58person who
35:59rescued them,
36:00and,
36:01uh,
36:01oftentimes,
36:02there will
36:03be a
36:03lifelong
36:04relationship
36:04as a result
36:06of this
36:06stranger that
36:07rescued them,
36:08maybe out of
36:08an aircraft
36:09crash,
36:10or maybe
36:10some grounding,
36:12or,
36:12or some
36:13dramatic
36:13situation.
36:15Uh,
36:15well,
36:15how much
36:16more,
36:16when God
36:17saves us
36:18out of,
36:19uh,
36:19the disaster
36:20of,
36:22of hell,
36:22and of sin,
36:23and of Satan,
36:24should we
36:25spend the
36:26rest of
36:26our lives
36:27praising him,
36:28thanking him,
36:29serving him,
36:30and proclaiming
36:31his glory?
36:32Kevin,
36:33great comment.
36:34Thank you for
36:34that.
36:35All right,
36:35other comments.
36:36Please come
36:36down.
36:51All right,
36:52well,
36:52while you're
36:52thinking,
36:52I want to
36:53comment on
36:53that last
36:54verse,
36:55uh,
36:55verse 18,
36:56it says,
36:56I will pay
36:57my vows unto
36:58the Lord
36:58now.
36:59Notice,
36:59in the presence
37:00of all his
37:01people,
37:02verse 19,
37:03in the corpse
37:03of the Lord's
37:04house,
37:05in the midst
37:06of the old
37:06Jerusalem,
37:07praise ye
37:08the Lord.
37:08In other
37:09words,
37:09this,
37:10uh,
37:10thanksgiving,
37:12uh,
37:12that the
37:12psalmist
37:13felt towards
37:14God,
37:15uh,
37:15wasn't something
37:16he was just
37:17privately
37:17expressing to
37:18God,
37:19though he
37:20certainly did
37:21that.
37:21He also
37:22wanted to
37:22tell other
37:23people.
37:24And so,
37:25uh,
37:25I think when
37:26God has
37:26saved us
37:27from sin
37:28and Satan
37:29and hell,
37:30uh,
37:31that's not
37:31something we
37:32just say
37:32privately,
37:33thank you to
37:34God.
37:34We also tell
37:35others about
37:36it.
37:37For two
37:37reasons.
37:38One is to
37:39give glory to
37:39God before
37:40others,
37:40and of course
37:41the second
37:42reason is to
37:43invite them
37:44into the
37:45same salvation
37:46and deliverance
37:47that we have
37:47experienced.
37:49And so,
37:49as we read
37:49this psalm,
37:50we go,
37:51you know what,
37:51God delivered
37:52the psalmist
37:53when he cried
37:54out to the
37:55Lord and he
37:55was on the
37:56brink of death.
37:57And we
37:58should cry
37:58out to the
37:58Lord as
37:59well with
38:00the hope
38:00and the
38:00confidence
38:01that he
38:02can deliver
38:03us as
38:03well.
38:04Now,
38:04sometimes we
38:05pray to God
38:05to deliver us
38:06from death
38:06and he
38:07doesn't.
38:07He goes
38:08ahead and
38:08lets us
38:08die because
38:10he takes
38:10us home to
38:11be with
38:11himself.
38:13And that's
38:13the legitimate
38:14answer to
38:14prayer.
38:15No,
38:15I'm not
38:15going to
38:16heal you
38:16on earth.
38:17What I'm
38:18going to
38:18do is
38:18heal you
38:19in heaven.
38:20And of
38:20course,
38:20we go to
38:21heaven and
38:21we're the
38:21spirits of
38:22just men
38:22made perfect.
38:24And then,
38:25of course,
38:25the resurrection
38:25occurs someday
38:27in the future
38:27and our
38:29bodies are
38:29made perfect.
38:30So God
38:30did answer
38:31the prayer
38:32for healing.
38:33He just
38:33answered it
38:34in a different
38:34way than we
38:35expected.
38:36Instead of
38:36healing us
38:37here on
38:37earth,
38:38he's going
38:38to heal us
38:39in heaven.
38:40The Bible
38:41says,
38:41by the
38:42stripes of
38:42Jesus,
38:43we are
38:44healed.
38:45And so
38:45there is
38:46healing in
38:46the atonement
38:47and we
38:48have that
38:48and enjoy
38:49that now
38:50to some
38:51degree and
38:52in many
38:52aspects and
38:53on several
38:54different
38:54occasions.
38:55And then we
38:56enjoy it in
38:56its fullest
38:57extent in
38:59the resurrection.
39:00So God
39:01always heals
39:02his people
39:03one way or
39:04the other and
39:05that gives us
39:06a great deal
39:07of hope.
39:07Lord,
39:07if you can
39:08heal me now
39:09on this
39:09earth,
39:10I will serve
39:11you a few
39:12more years.
39:13And Lord,
39:14if you
39:14choose not
39:15to heal
39:15me here
39:16on this
39:16earth,
39:17then I
39:17will serve
39:18you for
39:18eternity
39:18in heaven.
39:20So we're
39:20really in a
39:21no-lose
39:21situation here
39:22when we
39:23are his
39:24saints.
39:24And that's
39:25why he
39:25says precious
39:26in the
39:27sight of
39:27the Lord
39:27is the
39:28death of
39:29his saints.
39:30Because he
39:31doesn't
39:31ever,
39:34ever allow
39:35death to
39:35conquer.
39:36He always
39:38delivers us
39:38from death
39:39either by
39:40healing us
39:41now or
39:42by healing
39:43us in
39:43heaven and
39:44in the
39:45resurrection.
39:46All right,
39:46any other
39:47comments?
39:47Please come
39:48down if you
39:48call.
39:49I have
39:50Yankee with
39:50a question.
39:53I have
39:53Yankee with
39:54a question.
39:54Go ahead.
39:56Yeah,
39:56verse 17.
39:57I will offer
39:57to you the
39:58sacrifice of
39:59thanksgiving and
40:00I will call
40:01upon the name
40:02of the Lord.
40:03I don't
40:03understand why
40:04thanksgiving is
40:05a sacrifice.
40:06Could you
40:07clarify that for
40:08me, please?
40:09Copy that.
40:11You bet I
40:12can.
40:13Beck, the
40:14answer to
40:15that is
40:15found in
40:161 Peter
40:16chapter 2.
40:18And in
40:191 Peter
40:19chapter 2,
40:21it talks
40:22about the
40:23new covenant
40:24church being
40:26made up of
40:26living stones.
40:27I'll just
40:27read the
40:28passage to
40:28you, Beck.
40:29It says in
40:301 Peter
40:31chapter 2,
40:32he says in
40:33verse 2,
40:35as newborn
40:35babes desire
40:36the sincere
40:37milk of the
40:37word that
40:38you may
40:38grow thereby,
40:39if so
40:40be your
40:40cases that
40:41the Lord
40:41is gracious.
40:42So here's
40:42a saved
40:43person,
40:43alright?
40:44Now notice
40:45verse 4 of
40:461 Peter
40:48chapter 2,
40:48it says,
40:49To whom
40:49coming as
40:50unto a
40:50living stone,
40:51disallowed
40:52indeed of
40:52men, but
40:53chosen of
40:53God and
40:54precious,
40:55he'll also
40:56as living
40:56stones are
40:57built up a
40:58spiritual
40:59house, a
41:00holy
41:00priesthood,
41:01now here
41:02it is,
41:02back to
41:03offer up
41:03spiritual
41:04sacrifices
41:05acceptable to
41:07God by
41:08Jesus Christ.
41:09So, you
41:10know, there's
41:10physical sacrifices
41:11which were the
41:12animal sacrifices,
41:14right?
41:14And of course,
41:15the ultimate
41:16sacrifice was
41:17Jesus on the
41:18cross, but
41:19now we as
41:21believers who
41:23are priests in
41:24the New Covenant
41:25Temple, which is
41:26made up when the
41:28living members of the
41:29church gather
41:30together, we offer
41:31up spiritual
41:32sacrifices, not
41:34physical ones,
41:35and among those
41:36spiritual sacrifices
41:37are the
41:38sacrifice of
41:39praise and
41:40thanksgiving.
41:42And so, for
41:42example, in
41:43Hebrews chapter
41:4413 and in
41:46verse 15, it
41:48says, by him,
41:49that is by
41:49Jesus, therefore
41:50let us offer
41:51the sacrifice of
41:53praise to God
41:54continually, that
41:56is the fruit of
41:56our lips, giving
41:57thanks to his
41:58name.
41:59So what the
42:00psalmist is
42:01saying here is
42:02that he is
42:03offering the
42:06sacrifice of
42:07thanksgiving in
42:08verse 17 of
42:09our psalm, that's
42:11what he's doing.
42:12So any time,
42:13Beck, you offer
42:14praise to God
42:15with your mouth,
42:17any time you
42:18express thanks to
42:19God for what
42:20he's done for
42:21you, you are
42:22engaging in an
42:23act of worship,
42:25and instead of
42:25offering an
42:26animal sacrifice
42:27as an expression
42:29of thanksgiving,
42:30there were
42:31thank offerings in
42:32the Old Testament
42:33where people
42:34would bring an
42:34animal, right,
42:35and they would
42:35sacrifice it as
42:37an act of
42:37thanksgiving to
42:38God, now you're
42:39just doing that
42:40with your mouth.
42:41And so as we
42:42do that as
42:44New Covenant
42:45priests in the
42:46New Covenant
42:47Temple, we are
42:49doing exactly
42:50what the psalmist
42:51is talking about
42:52here in Psalm
42:53116.
42:54Back to you
42:54there, Beck.
42:56Thank you, I
42:57appreciate that
42:57very much.
42:58I should have
42:58just looked up
42:59the meaning or
43:00the definition of
43:01the word
43:01sacrifice.
43:02Because I had
43:03the wrong
43:04thought of what
43:05a sacrifice
43:05actually was.
43:07Thank you for
43:07the clarification
43:08of the different
43:09explanation of
43:10Peter and
43:11Ebers, I
43:12looked them up
43:13and they were
43:13reading them and
43:15read along with
43:15you.
43:15I appreciate it,
43:16Pastor Max.
43:17I'll pass on
43:18five minutes.
43:19Amen.
43:20All right, real
43:21good, Beck.
43:21Thank you for
43:22that.
43:22All right, we've
43:23got about two
43:23minutes left to
43:24go in our Bible
43:25study before we
43:26go to prayer.
43:27All right, any
43:28other comments on
43:29our passage?
43:30Please come now
43:30to call.
43:32All right, while
43:45you're thinking, I'd
43:45like to make a
43:46comment about
43:47verse nine.
43:49He says, I will
43:50walk before the
43:51Lord in the land
43:53of the living.
43:54And the idea
43:56of living
43:56forum dio, that's
43:58Latin for before
43:59the face of God,
44:01is something that
44:03we need to be
44:03self-conscious
44:04about as we go
44:05to our day, as we
44:07engage in our
44:08activities, as we
44:09speak our words, as
44:11we think our
44:12thoughts, all of
44:13those are done in
44:15the presence of
44:16God.
44:17And so a God-fearing
44:19man is a God-conscious
44:22man, that is, God
44:24is in all of his
44:27thoughts.
44:28And it says, I
44:30think it's in Psalm
44:319, as I recall, it
44:33says of the wicked,
44:34God is not in all of
44:36his thoughts.
44:37Well, for the
44:38righteous, God is in
44:39all of his thoughts.
44:41And so as a result,
44:43when we're speaking,
44:44when we're acting,
44:45when we're thinking,
44:46we recognize God is
44:48right there, God is
44:49listening, God is
44:50observing, and so
44:52we live for an
44:54audience of one.
44:56Okay?
44:57Yeah, there's other
44:58people around who
44:59may observe, who
45:00may hear, but our
45:02real concern is, how
45:03does this land on
45:05the ears of God?
45:07How does God think
45:09about this as he
45:10looks upon it?
45:11And so this God
45:13consciousness is what
45:15the psalmist is
45:16expressing here when
45:17he says, I will walk
45:19before the Lord, that
45:21is in front of God, in
45:24the land of the
45:25living.
45:26And so I think that
45:27that God consciousness
45:28and practicing the
45:29presence of God and
45:31being aware of his
45:32presence and then
45:33evaluating what we're
45:34saying and doing and
45:35thinking in light of
45:36his presence is the
45:38essence of godliness.
45:40It's the essence of
45:42spirituality.
45:43All right, any other
45:44comments on our psalm?
45:46Please come now if you
45:47call something.
45:54All right, well, it is
45:55time for us to go to
45:56prayer, and Al KJ722H is
45:58going to close in prayer
45:59for us.
46:00Al, I have two prayer
46:02requests that I want to
46:03bring to your attention.
46:05And the first one, Al, is
46:07Tom WW7P.
46:10I know that he's already
46:12on the list, but he
46:14texted me this morning
46:16and he says he's having
46:18low blood pressure and he
46:20has a lot of pain in his
46:22chest.
46:22So let's pray for Tom
46:24specifically that his
46:27blood pressure will come
46:28up and the pain in his
46:29chest will be relieved.
46:31So if you could do that
46:32for me, I would really
46:34appreciate that.
46:35And then the second
46:37prayer request that we
46:38have here, just a second,
46:40let me scroll here a little
46:41bit, is from George, K1KOY.

47:54sign.
47:55His wife, Debbie Gay,
47:57was hospitalized yesterday.
48:00She'd gone in for a routine
48:02exam.
48:04They discovered a large
48:05blood clot in one of her
48:08legs and it's up in her
48:10abdomen as well.
48:13She's in the hospital and
48:15the doctors, Danny said that
48:17the doctors feel that they
48:19know what caused it, but I
48:23just wanted to bring him
48:24before the Lord, or Debbie,
48:27I should say, before the
48:29Lord.
48:29The other one is for my
48:30wife.
48:31I forgot about this.
48:32She's going in for a yearly
48:36exam, checking up on her
48:41cancer surgery she had
48:43several years ago.
48:46and we're doing that
48:47today.

48:54pray for Debbie Gay, last
48:57name G-A-Y, and about her
48:59blood clots that are in her
49:01inner body and that they
49:02would be able to resolve
49:03those without any additional
49:05complications like strokes or
49:07heart attacks.
49:08And then, of course, for
49:09Leslie, Steve's wife is going
49:11in for her yearly exam.

60:39We know there's a
60:40silent multitude

61:18And the net would like
61:19to acknowledge Dan,
61:20N6TNI.
61:22They all checked in

61:24Appreciate you guys
61:25being there,
61:26and we got you
61:27all checked in.
61:28All right,
61:29WB7MAX here,
61:30Net Control
61:31for the West Coast
61:32Bible Study.
61:32I want to thank
61:33all the patients
61:33who checked in today,
61:35as well as those
61:36that stood by
61:37to give us
61:37a clear operating
61:38frequency.
61:39We meet here
61:40seven days a week
61:41at 6 a.m.
61:42in order to read
61:42the scripture,
61:43understand their
61:44meaning,
61:44message,
61:45and application,
61:46and then pray
61:47for grace and mercy
61:48to be able to live
61:49out what we learn
61:50and for God
61:51to meet the needs
61:52of those
61:52in our circle
61:53of fellowship.
61:54I'll be returning
61:55the frequency now
61:56to regular amateur news.
61:58This is WB7MX
61:59of the clear
62:00and standing bus.
62:07Alpha Alpha 5 Yankee
62:08with this morning's joke.
62:11Alpha Alpha 5 Yankee,
62:13go ahead there,
62:13back.
62:14Okay, Roger,
62:15if you're out here,
62:16it's going to be
62:17a repeat for you.
62:18I chased him down
62:19yesterday.
62:20I've been trying
62:21to tell this one joke
62:22for the last three
62:22or four days
62:23and I haven't
62:23been able to catch him.
62:25What instrument
62:26does a bear play?
62:32Okay, what instrument
62:33does a bear play?
62:35Anybody want to
62:35take a stab at that?
62:36Go ahead.
62:43A bear plays
62:45a baritone.
62:49You know, Beck,
62:50I used to play
62:51the baritone
62:51when I was in
62:52grade school
62:53a little bit.
62:54So, yeah,
62:55I have an appreciation
62:56for that instrument.
62:57All right,
62:58what instrument
62:58does a bear play?
62:59He plays a baritone.
63:01Very good, Beck.
63:04You're lucky.
63:05I was the big guy
63:05in school,
63:06so they may have
63:07carry the sousaphone.
63:10Yeah, yeah,
63:12the tuba.
63:13Yeah, that's a huge
63:15one for sure.
63:17But I love the low
63:18sound.
63:19That's a fun
63:20instrument.
63:21Over.
63:22Yeah, Roger.
63:23Well, I think
63:23it's a pain
63:25on the shoulder,
63:26but I think
63:26that would probably
63:27be easier
63:28than carrying
63:28the baritone.
63:29The baritone
63:29is not a light
63:30instrument.
63:33Yeah, no,
63:34it sure isn't.
63:36Yeah, so you
63:36had the one
63:37that wrapped
63:37around your shoulder
63:38instead of the
63:39big one that
63:39sat in front of you
63:40because you were
63:41on a, what,
63:41a marching band?
63:43Yeah, Roger.
63:44Did you have
63:45a strap that
63:46went around
63:47your neck
63:47like the saxophone
63:48players did?
63:50Or did you
63:50have to carry it?
63:51Yeah, I sure did.
63:51I did.
63:52That's the only
63:54way you could
63:55carry it.
63:55Now, I never
63:56was in a marching
63:57band, okay,
63:58so I was able
64:00to just set it
64:01in front of me
64:01and play,
64:02and it worked
64:03out well.
64:03So I never
64:05felt like the
64:05burden of it.
64:06But yeah,
64:06I still use
64:07the strap
64:07just to make
64:09sure I didn't
64:10lose the
64:10instrument, you
64:11know, or
64:11whatever.
64:12Over.
64:13Yeah, Roger.
64:14Well, it would
64:14make it easier
64:15or you wouldn't
64:16have to balance
64:17it.
64:17You could just
64:18hold on to it
64:19and run the
64:20valves to do
64:21your thing,
64:22Roger.
64:24Yeah, copy
64:25that.
64:25Well, that was
64:26a long time ago.
64:27I've completely
64:27forgotten how
64:28to even key it.
64:30I couldn't
64:31even play a
64:32scale on one
64:32now, but
64:33it's been
64:34like, what,
64:3550 years or
64:36something, or
64:37more than that,
64:3855, 57 years
64:40since I played
64:41it.
64:41So anyway,
64:42yeah, that's long
64:43gone in the
64:44mists of memory
64:45there, Beck.
64:47Roger, no
64:47different for me.
64:48It's about the
64:49same amount of
64:49time.
